International Transfers: In cases where our API or Chatbot solution providers have servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA) (e.g., USA, in the case of Google LLC), we ensure that data transfer is carried out under maximum security conditions, based on adequate guarantees in accordance with GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

6. Your Rights

In accordance with GDPR, you benefit from the following rights:

• Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure of data ("right to be forgotten"), within legal limits.
• Right to restriction of processing.
