3. Legal Basis for Processing

• Web hosting service providers, email/IT services, accounting.
• Chatbot software solution providers and third-party services integrated via API, which process your requests to generate automated responses. These include: Google LLC (provider of the Gemini API, used for the virtual assistant functionality).

International Transfers: In cases where our API or Chatbot solution providers have servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA) (e.g., USA, in the case of Google LLC), we ensure that data transfer is carried out under maximum security conditions, based on adequate guarantees in accordance with GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

6. Your Rights

In accordance with GDPR, you benefit from the following rights:

• Right of access to processed data.
• Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure of data ("right to be forgotten"), within legal limits.
• Right to restriction of processing.
• Right to data portability.
